>Deluxe Flat

The Deluxe Flat is the largest and brightest in the building. It has a bedroom with a bathroom and ante-bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table, a living room that can be converted, via a sliding wall, into a bedroom and a second bathroom. As in all the flats, there is a television per room, a washer-dryer, a safe and summer/winter air conditioning.

>Wood Flat

The Wood Flat is the building's jewel, with oak parquet flooring. It has a bedroom with bathroom and a living room with a comfortable fitted kitchen, large dining table and comfortable sofa bed. A large sliding wall allows the rooms to be transformed into an open space. As in all flats, there is a television in the bedroom and in the living room, a washer-dryer, a safe and summer/winter air conditioning.

>Red Flat

The Red Flat is the most intimate in the property. It features a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and anteroom, as well as a liberty-style tiled living room equipped with a comfortable kitchen, a spacious dining table, and a cozy sofa bed. Like all our apartments, both a bedroom and living room are equipped with a television. Additionally, the apartment includes a washer-dryer, a safety deposit box, and air conditioning for both summer and winter comfort.
